A power supply is something which is basically a part and parcel of a control system. For having a safe regulation and supply system, the voltage system is necessary for the PLC. In a simple sentence, we can say that power supply is something which renovates an input voltage to a higher or lower AC voltage. Power supply are of three kinds: unregulated. Linear regulated and switching.
