III. Function overview

1, the experimental box panel is the color stereoscopic, close to the practical application of industrial site, through the device training, students will soon be able to adapt to the work site.
2, The system uses the computer simulation modern information technology , through the operation, simulation, to solve the previous disconnection problem professional training theory, experiment and practical application .

3,it integrates six kinds of typical PLC experiment training modules, including the motor control, automatic rolling mill machine ,automatic water tower water level control module, liquid mixture,Mail sorting module , automatic feeding loading module. it can easily complete the PLC basic experiment, the hardware load power use safe voltage, it can ensure the safety of students.

4,the system adapt the current factory  commonly used configuration king software , and equipped with a detailed application instructions,rich content of computer discs, including PLC simulation, PLC programming, practice instruction, PLC experiment source program.

5, the device adopts the our company custom security test wire and connectors, better than the United States military MIL standards and international IEC standard. Personnel touches without electric shock.

1) Host :

The host of PLC model is CPU1212C AC / DC / RLY, expansion I / O module . Host region shown in picture 1-2.

  

Siemens S7-1200 PLC (1214) abstract:

Compact PLC, with 14 points 24V digital Value input, 10 point 24 v digital output 2 point integrated analog input (0 to 10 v),2 point pulse output PTO(100KHz) pulse width modulation (100 KHZ), integrated Ethernet  ports (TCP/IPnative, ISO - on - TCP), 6 piece quick counter, rich instruction :basic operation (AWL, KOP, FUP), such as binary logic operation, the assignment, storage, counting, producing time, loading, transport, comparison, shift, rotation and complement, call subroutine (with local variables).

Integrated communications command (for example, the USS protocol, the Modbus RTU, S7 communication T - Send/T - Receive ( T Send/T receiving) or free port mode (Free port)), using a simple function, such as pulse width modulation, pulse sequence, operation, floating point arithmetic functions, PID closed-loop control, jump, loop and code conversion, mathematical functions, such as SIN, COS, TAN, LN, EXP.

2) Interface and command practice unit

Host interface unit with digital interfaces and analog interface, easy to expand, the instruction set of training modules have input mode toggle switch input, DIP input and keyboard input, etc., output including digital display and LED display, with analog volume control unit, output voltage and current signals follow industry-standard. Experimental unit is equipped with six pilot projects which can complete relevant digital experiment, the experiment unit is color stereogram. Knin switch to simulate sensor signals and LED to simulate relevant action according to actual requirements (light-emitting diode and kink switch adopt common cathode connection).
