Murata Electronics RCE Through Hole MLCC capacitors are intended as a replacement for the RPE series of automotive capacitors. RCE series capacitors are ideal for mounting to metal bars by welding. The CP wire (solder coated Fe wire) is the standard material of the lead wire. The material can be changed to a Cu wire according to the welding material as required. The RCE is a high reliability chip and compatible up to 125°C. It complies with AEC-Q200 and ISO7637-2 (surge test) standards required on-board.
